Upstairs, the landing leads to a master bedroom (160 cm bed), air-conditioned, with a bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink unit, toilet), two air-conditioned double rooms (either two 80 cm beds or one 160 cm bed), one air-conditioned double room (140 cm bed), a family shower room (shower, sink unit, and toilet), and a separate toilet room (toilet and sink).
In front of the house, the south-facing terrace is delightfully shaded by large trees. A large table and chairs are perfect for drinks, meals, or reading.
To the west, near the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying lines.
The 13.5 x 5.5 m pool, secured with an automatic cover, is discreetly located to the east of the house. Sun loungers and a swing chair invite you to relax.
