Cartagena de Indias officially the Tourist and Cultural District of Cartagena de Indias (abbreviated Cartagena de Indias DT y C.) is a Colombian district[6]? since 1991.[7]?Located on the shores of the Caribbean Sea. It was founded on June 1, 1533 by Pedro de Heredia.[8]? Capital of the department of Bolívar. Its historic center called the "Walled City" was declared a National Heritage Site of Colombia in 1959 and by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1984.[9]?Over time Cartagena has developed its urban area, preserving the historic center and becoming one of the most important famous tourist destination in Colombia and the Caribbean. The Hotel located in the Walled City consists of 14 rooms each with a toilet on the second floor and on the first floor it can be adapted for 4 rooms plus it has a hall, living room, dining room, kitchen.
