Villa Peperoncino was designed by Andrew Trotter Studio and was built with local materials and using traditional construction methods. The villa is surrounded by a hectare of garden with olive and almond trees and enjoys a wonderful sea view from the roof terrace. In addition to the swimming pool there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven and an external relaxation area. The house is comprised of a large living room with a dining room, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath and double shower. The main bedroom has its own veranda and private garden, with an outdoor bath and shower. There are two additional rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two sofas, which can be used as a small living area. These rooms have a shared bathroom. In addition to the main house there is an old country house, which can comfortably sleep 2 people and is equipped with a large bathroom.
