- It will be mandatory to have the temporary rental contract signed by both parties (landlord and tenant), at the latest the day before Check-in.
- Supplies not included.
- A cleaning fee of €285 will be payable at the end of your stay.
- For one-month bookings, the deposit will be half a month. To book more than one month, a deposit of one month will be made.
