FINISHES
The recent restoration of the property has maintained the typical elements of Tuscan rural architecture. The plastered facade features exposed stone details and the windows have terracotta brick frames both in the external cladding and in the internal decoration. The ceilings have exposed beams with terracotta tiles, the floors are covered in tiles of a pleasant and delicate neutral colour, as in the bathrooms where we find ceramic finishes. The door and window frames are made of wood for the main villa and PVC for the annex. This property tells of the discreet charm of the Tuscan countryside.
