Description
The Villa, built in the 19th century, is located a few kilometers from the city of Siena and retains its original architectural structure intact. The particular morphology of the land determines a clear division of the building into two parts: the one downstream, overlooking the large Italian garden, consisting of a basement and a mezzanine overlooking the same front and the one upstream where the building is it overlooks, through a ground floor, towards the second garden and the holm oak park which constitutes a real element of mediation with the countryside. In the northern area of the garden there is a building which was originally intended as a granary and cellar. Inside the Villa we find the family chapel still consecrated to worship. The real estate consistency appears to be, as a whole, approx. 1,800 m2. The property includes approx. 45 hectares. of land, including 4.1 Ha of olive groves, 2.06 Ha of vineyards and over 26 Ha of arable land. Not far from the Villa there are large facilities related to horse riding. More information in the Agency.
