Description
Green Coast Residence is a residential project that was born in Castellammare del Golfo in a total area of about 12,000 square meters, in the Fraginesi district, an area that more than any other has made design and prestigious residences a stimulating research laboratory. Consisting of 8 lots of sizes between 1,100 m2 and 1,450 m2 in which the buildings of about 120 m2 plus verandas and terraces are built. The concept integrates perfectly into the naturalistic and landscape context, innovating it with decisive features and eco-sustainable materials.
