Description
At the entrance of the apartment, the original wooden door and half arch that gives us access to a large hall has been maintained. From here, we go to the first bedroom, with a window overlooking the light well, air conditioning with an individual thermostat and heating by iron radiators. The bedroom has a TV, telephone and sockets. The second bedroom has a window to the inner courtyard, ducted air conditioning with an independent thermostat, heating by iron radiators, telephone and television sockets, as well as several sockets. It has no built-in wardrobe.
The next room is the living room, with wood laminate flooring, air conditioning with an independent thermostat, iron radiators and two large windows overlooking the inner courtyard, with lots of light. We turn left and the corridor takes us to the kitchen which is very spacious and square, with lots of cabinets, large countertops and an old marble sink. From the kitchen we go to a laundry room with a marble sink, cabinets and a washing machine area.
We continue down the hall and find a bathroom with double sinks, bidet and toilet. The bathroom has a shower with hydromassage column and a wooden seat.
The next bedroom offers air conditioning with an independent thermostat, iron radiators, built-in wardrobe and patio window. If we reach the end of this first part of the corridor, we will see another bedroom with air conditioning with an independent thermostat, heating with iron radiators and built-in wardrobe, as well as access to a terrace.
We turn right and the hallway leads us to a double bedroom with air conditioning with an independent thermostat, heating with iron radiators, window to the street and sliding door the terrace.
At the end of the hall we find a large bathroom, with bathroom furniture and double sinks, bidet, toilet and a bathtub with a screen and a bench for easy access.
