Description
Art. 46893516 The building of the spinning factory of A.I. Nissen was built at the end of the 19th century according to the design of architects I.S. Kitner and V.A. Schröter. The complex of buildings faced three streets and consisted of the factory itself, an apartment building, a residential building for workers and many other buildings. Built from red brick, the complex still attracts attention with its expressive facade and is one of the first buildings in this style in St. Petersburg. The apartment has preserved its historical layout, the rooms face two sides - onto Labutina Street and into the courtyard. Two entrances, the front one and the back staircase, allow the apartment to be divided into two. Pre-finishing work has been completed. Direct sale, one owner, no encumbrances.
