This finca was renovated in 2013. When you enter, the high ceilings with beams of official juniper are unlikely to become an eye-catcher for you. The ceilings are 3.4 metre high throughout the residence, which create a very spacious feeling. The ground floor offers a pleasant room with fireplace, including fine sofas and even an office space. From here there is direct access to the veranda. The dining room facilitates an authentic ceramic stove with an ornate dining table area, again access tot the veranda and terrace. The first spacious bedroom is also on this floor, the built in wardrobes are neatly concealed in the walls fo the sleeping area. This floor facilitates a private bathroom and laundry room. The other two bedrooms are located one floor above. Both have a private bathroom, each with amazing view over the private terrace and the garden.
The outdoor spaces - As soon as you step outside you will be amazed by the panoramic view over the beautiful sea and Formentera. When you go all the way to the top, you can enjoy the sunset of San Antonio Bay.
All around the finca the garden is well maintained with local plants, various flowers and olive trees. The entire residence is off grid and self-sufficient, The finca also has a tourist license!
