Proposed in an exclusive historical medieval context, Castle in the municipality of Dello, in the province of Brescia. The castle has medieval origins and a history dating back to the early millennium. "La Rocca", as it was called by the inhabitants of the time, defended the town.

The stable, which once housed the horses, is also on three floors: on the basement floor there is the boiler room, on the ground floor there is a one-room flat consisting of a bedroom with bathroom, on the first floor a flat consisting of two rooms and a finished attic.The property can be used as a private family home/residence while the 2 detached annexes, i.e. the guardhouse and stable, can be used as guest rooms. Alternatively, the complex can be used as a hospitality facility and consequently already have units ready to be rented out either in the short or long term and a central body dedicated to corporate events, weddings, etc. etc.
Through adaptation works even the central body itself can be used for short or long term rentals.

Dello is less than 20 minutes' drive from the city of Brescia, capital of the province of the same name. Lake Garda can be reached in less than 40 minutes, Milan city centre in about 1.15h.
