On entry, we are welcomed by an airy and bright reception area of aprox. 70 sq.m, with 2 living areas with built-in seating sofas, a fireplace and dining area, followed by a fully equipped open-plan, traditional and ergonomic kitchen with its own terrace, plus a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a WC. The spacious terrace of the living room with its bougainvillea embracing the stone arches, as well as, its elevated level looking only the sea and the sky, create a wonderful relaxing space, all day long! The built-in staircase leads to the upper floor, with 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom with access to lovely grand terraces enjoying even more magnificent views of the Aegean blues and Tripiti & Glyfa beaches.
