Plot in Partial Plan No. 4 of the General Urban Development Plan (P.G.O.U), designated for Tertiary-Tourist use, TRH3, with an area of 7,093m2, located in La Aldea del Rocío.~Hotel Project:~There is a hotel project registered with the Tourism Department of the Andalusian Regional Government, and it has been resolved to register the same project with the Andalusian Tourism Registry. We have supporting documentation. The granted authorizations were for a 4-star hotel project with 94 rooms and 100 parking spaces. Recently reviewed by municipal and regional technicians, it appears that only minor adjustments are needed to comply with any new, recent regulations.~The City Council of Almonte also approved the detailed study presented.
