On the hills of Capalbio, the southern coast of Tuscany, there is this beautiful villa designed by Ilaria Miani, a famous international designer. The property can accommodate up to 10 people.
Upon arrival, we are greeted by an important gate and as soon as we enter, we can immediately breathe elegance and charm. Through the main door, you can admire the magnificent dome-shaped living room, divided into two areas - a living room and a dining room, furnished with style, with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills, the Mediterranean Sea and the typical sunsets over the Tyrrhenian Sea. Its fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious dishes together with the collaborator made available by the owner.
The bedrooms, with their private bathrooms, are located on three different levels, ensuring maximum privacy; 10 people can be accommodated, each with their own en suite bathroom.
Outside, there are three covered, stone-paved and beautifully furnished terraces, ideal for enjoying the magnificent view all year round.
In complete privacy, we find the pool, with a sea view that can be heated with salt water, measuring 20 x 4.5 meters, completed by a jet system.
