Located exactly in the middle between Santa Gertrudis, Santa Eularia and San Lorenzo, this finca with tourist license is the perfect base camp to explore the beautiful north of Ibiza.
ACCESS, ENTRANCE, AND PARKING
The traditional finca has easy access with a nice big entrance and is located close to the main road.
DISTRIBUTION
When we enter the finca through it's double wooden doors, we traditionally arrive directly in the sala, the heart of the house, which is now used as the dining room.
On our right we have an open-plan kitchen with traditional elements that refer to the history of the finca, being a famous restaurant in the seventies.
On the left, when we walk through the dining room, we arrive in the living room, where the old fume hood is well-preserved and adding a lot of character to the finca.
The bedrooms are divided in 2 areas:
Next to the living room there is a double bedroom with bathroom, accessed from the finca or through it's individual entrance.
The 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located behind the dining room and of them also has it's own private terrace and entrance.
EXTERIOR
In front of the finca we have a big terrace with distant views to Santa Eularia, Puig d'en missa and the sea. This very big terrace still offers the old outdoor kitchen from the restaurant.
The pool is located on the other side of the finca and is surrounded by mature Mediterranean plants and trees.
EQUIPMENT
The property is equipped with electricity from the mains and water is provided from its own well.
The traditional massive walls, combined with gas oil heating and air-conditioning units, make this finca perfect for all year use.
