Description
Work on the Fine Arts Partial Plan will begin in November.
This Partial Plan involves the construction of up to 1220 homes, 168 of which will be public protection, half of which will be municipal property and will be used for social purposes.
The city council urges the developer to pass the voluntary fee back on to owners with debts to avoid the pressure with a surcharge.
Price/ 450 Euro / m2 of roof --- 17550 m2 of roof
