Completely demolished, the villa was rebuilt in 1911 by the mayor of the respective city, who made it his residence. A library lounge and a billiards room complete the floor. The second floor (± 270 m²) is organized with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a home cinema, and a small kitchen. Note the indoor pool and its terrace for nearly 100 m². In the basement of over 200 m², there is, among other things, a large Jacuzzi. Other features include an attic, oil heating and heat pump, thermodynamic boiler, and photovoltaic panels.
