These ancient forests have given way to landscapes more influenced by human activity, with palm trees, pine groves and even centuries-old olive trees. The predominant vineyards and the few remaining almond and orange trees offer a landscape that changes according to the season. The majestic Montgó dominates this view, from where on clear days you can see Ibiza and Formentera.
The riuraus, rural structures characteristic of the region that used to be used to dry grapes, have been transformed in Jesús Pobre into the space to organise a local market every Sunday since 2013, where the inhabitants sell local products.
