White curves as an envelope of wood volumes, the use of glass, decoration and furniture that goes with the character, make this a project that stands out from those in the area. In addition, the front amenities, sundeck, pool and bar are crowned by a singular metallic structure whose morphology reinforces the architectural concept.
Tankah 52 also includes green technologies. It will provide energy savings through solar panels on its rooftop, reuse of rainwater and gray water through a collection system and a treatment plant, as well as water softeners, thermal insulation and equipment that help integrate the building with its surroundings from the construction processes implemented.
