The use of wood is one of Paulo Jacobsen's trademarks, and in this house it is the protagonist, providing a welcoming and comfortable aura. The living room has fully integrated environments, with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that lead to the outdoor area, where there is plenty of greenery and natural lighting. There are two gardens, one with jabuticaba trees and a fire pit, the other with a green wall with automatic irrigation. The rest of the living area comprises a dining room, a home theater, a half bath, and a kitchen with Kitchens cabinets. In the sleeping area there is a family room and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including a master bedroom with closet, His andHers bathroom and office space. All bedrooms have balconies. The house has a service area, full employee facilities, storage room, elevator that serves all floors, except the rooftop, full home generator, solar heater and gas boiler. The rooms have lighting and sound automation. There is an underground garage for six cars and one motorcycle, including a space with electric charging. In addition to the gardens, the condominium's common area offers a swimming pool and a gym, full backup generator, parking for visitors and 24-hour security.
