Restaurant: The restaurant is furnished in a maritime style typical of the Baltic Sea. The absolute highlight is a bar, which was lovingly handcrafted by the owner to look like a boat. The interior of the restaurant offers comfortable space for up to 50 guests. Up to 100 additional guests can be entertained on the wind-protected, sunny terrace on warm days. From here, a view extends over the sparkling water of the Schloonsee and enchants those sitting with an idyllic backdrop. In 2007, an application was approved to convert this beautiful outdoor area into a winter garden and thus be able to entertain guests all year round, regardless of the weather. From high-quality kitchen appliances to stylish restaurant furniture, everything is available to continue or build a successful business and make culinary dreams come true. The above-average profitable restaurant is currently leased annually. A change of use, e.g. to a retirement home, a medical center or something else, would also be conceivable here. The seaside resort of Bansin Bansin, along with Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, is one of the three imperial resorts. Bansin is connected to these and, since 2011, to the Polish seaside resort of Świnoujście (Swinemünde) via the longest beach promenade in Europe, over twelve kilometers long.[1] The place is characterized by closed ensembles of resort architecture, which often house hotels and holiday apartments. On December 31, 2003, Bansin, which was still an independent municipality, had 2,503 inhabitants.
