We have available for our Nordicway clients a Luxury Villa in the quiet residential area of Sonnenland. Close to all amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, shopping areas, and leisure spots. Immediate availability for both long and short seasons.
On a 600m2 plot, we have this Bright 400m2 Villa, distributed over two floors. The remaining 400m2 is distributed on a large terrace, heated pool, parking for 3 cars, barbecue area, and sunbeds and sofas area to enjoy the wonderful climate of the South of the island.
There are two entrances (front and rear) to the plot. The Villa is distributed over two floors. The first floor, accessed through the main entrance, where upon entering, we find a small foyer, is distributed into a living room, kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms. On one side, there is the living room, fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and a door that gives access to the balcony with panoramic views. There is a kitchen with a breakfast bar, furnished and equipped with all appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Next to it, there is a spacious dining room to enjoy culinary delights with loved ones. On the other side, there is a furnished double room with an attached bathroom with toilet, sink, and bathtub. There is also a second huge double room with fitted wardrobes and dressers equipped with air conditioning, and an ensuite modern bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, and a large bathtub.
The second floor, just below, is distributed into two fully furnished double rooms. And a spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. There is also a small space used as a storage room.
The rental price for seasonal stays (minimum three months) is €3,500 with water, electricity, and internet (fiber optic) included. One month's rent is required as a security deposit.

In case of SEASONAL RENTAL: the tenant will have to pay the agency fees, which are one month's rent + IGIC.
In case of LONG-TERM RENTAL. There are no agency fees for renter.
