The living and dining room of the main home pours out onto the back patio, with a generous space for entertaining. Listen to the sounds of the creek while you grill, soak in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, or sit on the swing and take in the views. There is plenty of space for games and sports, including a large field for throwing the ball around, a sports court for pickleball and basketball, a huge indoor gymnasium, a billiards room, poker table, and, of course, the pond and creek for fishing! Next to the ranch, in the River House, expect luxe new finishes on the remodeled home and listen to the babbling creek as you sip your coffee in the morning. An easy pathway connects the River House to the Ranch. There is simply no better place near Aspen for a quiet and relaxing mountain escape with easy access to hiking, horseback riding, skiing, and the bustling towns of Aspen, Snowmass Village, and Basalt.
