Currently under construction, this 4 star rural hotel in a plot of 100 520 m2 is located in a convenient location near Guia, Albufeira. The construction has a total of 2000 m2 distributed in 3 blocks. Two of them for guest units, and the third one for the hotel services. The two guest blocks are designed to be partly below ground and south-west facing, to minimize its impact on the natural surroundings and to take advantage of the south views. There will be 39 guest units in total. 20 on the 1st floor, and 19 units on the lower level, breakfast area and cooking area, washrooms, lounge area with Bar and restaurant. There is also 13 parking units allocated on the exterior, plus 12 in the garage on the lower level. The swimming pool is located on the East side. Some of the traditional farmhouse features which will be maintained on the rural hotel project to maintain the character of the existing property and to build the hotel as an Algarvean quinta. The property has an excellent location for access to the beach, the Albufeira Marina and Shopping centre.
