In the most beautiful position on the island, south-east of Pantelleria, from dawn to dusk we find the Antica Tenuta Rekhale. Here a "natural theatrical flight of steps" slopes gently towards the sea, becoming the "natural stage" of our estate. Immersed among ancient vines and centuries-old olive trees, capers and Mediterranean essences, nestled between terraces and dry stone walls, Tenuta Rekhale has managed to preserve the atmosphere of a small ancient dammuso, once used for field work, through a skilful renovation, which managed to leave the charm of this ancient place intact, whilst giving it elegance and comfort. Tenuta Rekhale was, is and remains an authentic rural place that has been handed down for generations.
The accommodation facility consists of two Dammusi on a plot of 12,000 square meters - and preserves intact the ability to enjoy the simple and refined pleasures of country life . The extension of the land allows the two structures to be completely distinct and autonomous with independent driveways. Completely immersed in the greenery among the scents of orange blossoms, jasmine and roses, there are two dammusi equipped with every comfort and privacy to fully enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds this magical place. Charm, elegance and sobriety are the elements that distinguish these structures. Everything has been designed with the utmost respect for the architectural and rural tradition of Pantelleria, finishes, furnishings and furnishings have been expertly chosen from the excellent antiques of Sicily and skilfully combined within the spaces. The Largest Dammuso is composed of a Living Room , Kitchen, Two bedrooms, Two bathrooms and four terraces. Furthermore, the lower part of the house, currently used as a large warehouse of 60+ m2, will be converted - with all the necessary bureaucratic procedures - to residential use. The smaller Dammuso, on the other hand, is composed of a large kitchen with sea view and a very bright Living room with bedroom, as well as a bathroom and another independent bedroom with private bathroom.
