Description
This project is located in Vilamoura and building work has already started. The plan is to have 4 en-suite bedrooms, with a large with good sized living area with large terrace areas and a great sized pool and garden space.
In the media section are images of the current state as well as rendered idea images of how it will look once completed.
The following has already been started/completed:
• New layout of villa planned and built up almost ready to receive final finish
• New guest toilet in hallway
• Pre-electric work
• Pre-sewage / water work
• Insulation of the roof and a new roof installed
• Pre-installation of electric shutters
Items still to be done on the house :
• Finish the above list
• Garden and pool
• Installation of kitchen
• Installation of floors and bathrooms ( some items we already have )
• Installation of windows and doors
• Smooth plaster inside/outside plus painting
• False ceilings
• Built-in wardrobes
• Staircase
• Furnishing of villa
