Part of a brand new 3-villa complex, Villa Levanda is a unique modern-design property enjoying privacy, unobstructed sea views and beautifully decorated functional spaces. Situated on the low part of the plot, Villa Levanda can be rented together with Villa Thymari, set on the upper level of the plot, for eight bedrooms in total. Both come with their own pool and private entrance and are completely independent.
With a calming sense of space and light, due to the big glass openings that dissolve the boundaries between internal and external spaces, the villa turns into an extended living “place” perfect for gatherings where guests can enjoy al fresco dining, poolside cocktails and kitchen conversations. Pergolas and solid elements create a series of covered or shaded areas inviting you to relax and connect whilst enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The villa offers 252 m² of living spaces in total, distributed over two ground levels plus two upper level en-suite bedrooms (master and double); it can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children.
The entrance is centrally placed on the main ground level, where all the “public” areas and uses are placed -an open-plan double height living & dining space, a kitchen space, the staircases, a wc and an en-suite guest room. From all the internal spaces one has access to the external seating area and the pool area.
The lower ground level features a playroom, an en-suite double bedroom, a 4-sleeper bunk bedroom (ideal for children), a wc with shower and storage.
Villa Levanda is surrounded by landscaped gardens with Mediterranean flowers and herbs while a pedestrian path through the estate gives access to a secluded beach. It also offers a private parking area for 2 cars.
