It is possible to set up a tent on the plot for various special events. The proximity of the church suggests the possibility of organizing a conselation there. Full urban infrastructure in the vicinity: Lidl, Carrefour, two Biedronkas, Paark, two Żabki, an indoor swimming pool, the Hassanka playground, a bar, a church and others. It is technically possible to add a superstructure. There is no Local Development Plan in this area. It is also possible to use it differently, taking into account the existing condition of the rooms.
