Just 8 kilometers away from the center of the village of Celle sul Rigo, a beautiful hamlet situated in the heart of the Val D'Orcia - a UNESCO World Heritage Site -, in the municipality of San Casciano dei Bagni. This area is known for its rustic charm, its medieval architecture, its beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and wellness centers with thermal baths. The medieval villages of Cetona, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino as well as the world-famous thermal baths in San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano Terme and Bagno Vignoni can be found in the immediate vicinity. The town of Chiusi is approximately 25 km away with its main train station and the connection to the A1 motorway from which the cities and respective airports of Rome and Florence can be easily reached.
