It has 6 apartments, 5 double rooms, guest house, 100 m2 gallery, parking spaces, pool and various outbuildings.

23 paddocks with roofs, horse stable with 15 boxes and tack room, 20 x 40 m riding arena, 20 x 60 m dressage arena, round pen with 20 m diameter, trail area.

The name of the village Montuiri means mountain town (Latin) and the symbol of tradition is the famous 8 windmills in the Molinar district.
