At the gates of the historic center of Nardò we find this stately building dating from the mid-nineteenth and early twentieth century; the compositional layout and decoration of the facade testify to a neoclassical style that is characterized by sobriety and linearity; the facade on the upper floor has three balconies equipped with an elegant balustrade with five doors overlooking the main street framed by stone reliefs that lead the building back to decorative elements typical of the neoclassical style.
The property is located on one of the most important streets in the city of Nardò, situated at an angle.
