3 km from the center of Eygalières, this beautiful traditional farmhouse offers charm, tranquility, space, character, and the modern comforts essential for a pleasant stay. The entrance leads into a small living room with a fireplace, large-screen TV, and guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for large families or groups, featuring a stove with two ovens. It opens onto a shaded terrace with a must-have gas plancha, and provides access to the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron). On the other side of the entrance, there is a large living room with a fireplace and two sofas, followed by a dining room that retains its original vaulted ceilings, a powder room, a reading and media lounge, and finally a lovely air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and dressing area, opening south onto the terrace.
Upstairs, there are toilets, an air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and double sinks), another air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) sharing a family bathroom (bathtub, double sinks, toilet) with the children's bedroom (2 pull-out beds), the only non-air-conditioned room, but facing north. Further down the hall, an air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and double sinks), an air-conditioned bedroom (2 single beds of 90 cm or 1 bed of 180 cm) with an en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet), and the master suite, air-conditioned (180 cm bed) with a large dressing room, separate toilet, and bathroom (bathtub, antique sink, walk-in shower).
The 3-hectare grounds feature one of the most beautiful gardens in the Alpilles with a rose garden, arbor, orchard, and numerous terraces in sun or shade... The swimming pool area (14 m x 7 m) is secured by gates, and its pool house includes large sofas and plenty of sun loungers. You'll also find a tennis court, a pétanque pitch, a ping-pong table, and the little ones will love the dedicated playhouse.
Fiber-optic internet, bed linens, towels, and pool towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
