As part of the rental obligation the resident is required to pay for electricity and satellite/cable tv services. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. The resident must obtain a new Utah Driver's License with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
