The ground floor includes:
- the entrance with a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, laundry baskets, and a large closet, a closed storage area with handy shelves for storing suitcases and provisions, and a toilet,
- **bedroom #1** (160 cm bed) with a shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit) and a French door providing direct access to the outside,
- the living room with sofas and a kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer compartments, Nespresso coffee machine). This living area opens widely onto the covered terrace on the garden-level floor where you can enjoy shaded lunches and cook on the electric plancha combined with the gas barbecue.
The staircase leads upstairs to:
- a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, multifunction food processor...) that overlooks the suspended terrace offering an exceptional view of the Calans des Alpilles,
- **bedroom #2** with a 160 cm bed,
- **bedroom #4** with a 140 cm bed,
- the family bathroom (bathtub, double vanity),
- the toilets,
- the master bedroom (160 cm bed), accessible through a large dressing room and benefiting from a private shower room (walk-in shower and double vanity).
On the 600 m² plot, a garden with an 8 x 4 m pool with no overlooking neighbors, secured by a rolling shutter, and space to comfortably park 4 cars.
Outdoor tables, chairs, armchairs, and sun loungers furnish the terraces and poolside areas.
Table linen, bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for your stay, with a linen change at the end of the week for stays of 2 consecutive weeks or more. Pool and garden maintenance included.
Available in July and August, rates from EUR 3,600 to EUR 4,200 per week.
Tourist tax for 2026 extra: EUR 2.45 per adult per day.
