near Mayan ruins where it is believed there was an earlier population that preceded it. Today, Tankah Bay is surrounded by a beautiful beach, a magical cenote and the mouth of several freshwater canals,
which form one of the longest underground river systems in the world.

With 13 units per tower, the project comprises 2 towers for a total of 26 apartments in 4 typologies: Garden, Middle, Stu-dio and Penthouse.
These buildings develop their architecture with sinuous shapes that resemble a yacht.
The curves of white as an envelope for the wooden volumes, the use of glass, the decoration and furnishings that go hand in hand with the character,
make this a project that stands out from those in the region. In addition, the facade, terrace, pool and bar are crowned by a unique metal structure whose morphology reinforces the architectural concept.
