Villa Shala is carefully designed to relax, connect and bring people together in a
unique tropical retreat.
We are conveniently located in Aldea Zama just an easy bike ride from almost
everywhere.
Only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown. Our team is fully
committed to offering everything you need to enjoy a sumptuous getaway.
Our large 4 bedroom villa is located in the private, zama village. The private one is a
very safe and elegant communal door with 24/7 security guards at the entrance. It’s
fenced and closed with electric fences and cameras. You can’t be safer.
Our accommodation has private parking and the house has 500 square meters.
The outdoor area includes many sun loungers, a shaded patio and a large swimming
pool. The pool is deep enough to cool off and gets plenty of sun.
The house is open plan with lots of light. The main living room is on the ground floor
and includes the kitchen, dining/living room with a large granite table for up to 10
people, large and comfortable sofa with flat screen smart TV and guest toilet.
First floor :
Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed, full bathroom with bath and shower, large closet with
many shells and hangers, smart TV, balcony.
Bedroom 2: 1 king size bed, full bathroom, smart TV, balcony.
Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed with full bathroom, large closet.
Laundry room : washer and dryer, iron and ironing table.
Second floor :
Bedroom 4: 2 queen size beds with full bathroom, wardrobe, large terrace with sun
loungers and outside shower.
Tulum is divided into 2 parts : city and beach area. We are located in the middle of
both. 5 minutes drive from each. There are many nice
restaurants/shops/cafes/convenience stores within walking distance of the house.
