This characteristic house in Mil Palmeras is located directly on the coast with a phenomenal sea view. Just 100 meters away you will find one of the many
beautiful wide sandy beaches. The supermarkets and restaurants are also within walking distance. The house has an attractive garden on both sides so
that you can always look for the sun or the shade. At the front of the house you can have breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea and the warmth
of the sun. You can watch the sun rise every morning.
The house consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor the entrance, the cozy living room with direct access to the garden at the rear. The living room has air
conditioning. A kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, small filter coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. The
garden at the rear has a cozy sitting area with beautiful plants. From the garden you can reach the communal swimming pool, which you can use during
your stay. On the ground floor there is a toilet and a room where the washing machine is located.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the front bedroom has a balcony with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. This bedroom has a double bed
(180 x 200). In addition, this bedroom also has air conditioning (although this is almost never needed due to wind from the sea). The other bedroom is
located at the rear of the house. This also has a small balcony overlooking the communal pool. This bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200), which can
also be put together. There is also a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower on this floor.
On the top floor of this house is the third bedroom. This room is very spacious and also offers the possibility to be used as an office. There is also an
attractive bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. At the front of the room also sea view.
There is fast WiFi through fiber optic connection and a television with NLziet. In addition, there are also beach chairs and beach towels available
