I love my early morning quiet with breathtaking sunrises, endless trails to explore when my mind gets too full, Xfinity high speed so I can efficiently work at home and a fantastic floor plan. You may think there are a lot of stairs, but I can tell you, that makes the house live wonderfully. Every space is private while the main gathering areas are open. My husband loves our flat, cul-de-sac street that is unique for the foothills and perfect for skateboarding. We enjoy dinners and drinks on the private deck with views of the surrounding open space and the quick access to I-70 that makes any trip easy. At the risk of sounding strange, I can tell you the walls exude happiness. At this point, you must be asking “why in the world are they leaving?” We had a once in a lifetime opportunity to build a new custom home in downtown Golden. Genesee and especially 938 Coneflower will hold a very special space in our hearts forever and we hope you invite us to dinner!
