The property is located in one of the most famous Etna municipalities, Viagrande, and is only 14km from the city of Catania. The building is totally immersed in a context of natural beauty, between the sea and the hills, far from the bustle of the city. At the same time it is located in a strategic position to easily reach the places of greatest tourist interest in Sicily.
