It is composed of a living room with TV, dining room for 10 people and very friendly American kitchen, all opening onto the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, summer kitchen (plancha, American fridg), a bar, a dining table for 10 people, shower and toilet.
On the same level, a first en-suite bedroom includes a shower room with toilet as well as a dressing room (180x200 bed).
A laundry room and a guest toilet are located on the same level.
Upstairs, 4 en-suite bedrooms:
- a first with shower, bath and toilet, cupboards, opening onto a balcony facing the sea (180x200 bed)
- a second opening onto a balcony also with large dressing room, shower room and toilet (180x200 bed)
- a third with shower room and cupboards (160x20 bed)
- a fourth with 2 single beds, a shower and a toilet, ideal for children or for staff.
The villa has a home cinema, a games area with table football.
A double garage with an electric vehicle charging station, as well as numerous indoor parking spaces, allow for plenty of cars.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a cooling (and heated) floor.
