INTEMPO RESIDENTIAL SKY RESORT is the tallest residential building in the European Union. It is 198 metres high and houses 256 homes, from 75 m2 to 280 m2, with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. All of them with terraces.
With 7,100 m2 of common areas, both on the ground floor and on the 46th and 47th floors (covered floor), the complex has three swimming pools (one of which is 750 m2), a 1,000 m2 children's area, a restaurant (for the use of owners and tenants only) with a 1,200 m2 terrace, and a wellness area at 198 metres above sea level, with an infinity pool, gym, fitness room, massage rooms, sauna, 4 jacuzzis and exceptional viewpoints.
