Description
The property extends over 2,400 linear meters of oceanfront, with a depth of between 120 and 200 meters, full of palm trees, coconut trees, bromeliads, strelitzias and heliconias. The area will be replaced by rural plots of 20,000 m2, all on the beach, with between 140 and 150 linear meters of oceanfront. How to Get There If you are arriving by air from other states, the two main commercial airports nearby are Ilhéus and Salvador. From these cities, access is via asphalt roads and a small stretch of dirt road. From Ilhéus (03h 30min) 1st Section: Asphalt (02h 30min) 150km of asphalt (good condition) on the BA-001, from Ilhéus to Taberoê. 2nd Section: Asphalt + dirt (30min) 21km of asphalt (medium condition) on the BA-250, from Taberoê to Praia de Pratigi 3rd Section: Dirt (30 min) 13km of dirt (medium condition) From Salvador (04h 30min) 1st Section: Asphalt (03h 30min) 161km of asphalt (good condition) on the BA-001, to Taberoê. 2nd and 3rd Sections identical to those from Ilhéus.
