Description
The winery is organized into two main warehouses: one dedicated to the production of white wines and the other to red wines. It has facilities for receiving and cooling grapes, as well as a large storage room equipped with modern technology.
In the white wine cellar, a refrigeration system is used for optimal fermentation at 18 degrees Celsius, guaranteeing the quality of the product. As for the red wines, there is an infrastructure with two state-of-the-art isothermal tanks. The winery uses exclusively French oak barrels to enhance the complexity and quality of the wine.
The vineyards are distributed in three geographical areas of the province of Granada. The first area, at 1,200 meters above sea level, covers 6 hectares of vineyards with varieties such as Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc. Within the same municipal area, there is a 4 hectare plot with Garnacha vines that are more than half a century old. The third vineyard area is located in the Vega de Granada. Since its inception, the winery has actively promoted the Quality Wines of Granada Protected Designation of Origin.
The property is offered for sale, including the vineyards and winery, for a negotiable price of €4,000,000. The wines produced are sold in different points of sale, such as Duty Free, El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, among others.
