Corner / First floor condo with tile floor, kitchen and laundry appliances and one assigned parking. Unit is in gated community with monitored access and security patrol. Condo approval is required. Approval process usually takes 2-4 weeks. Hurricane shutters are not provided. Tenant is responsible for securing the property in the event of a storm. One pet allowed up to 20 lbs max with $200.00 non refundable fee.
