General Information:
Access is via a part paved track and over a stream then the track is natural earth. The plot is over 18.000m2 and much of this is the tree covered hill behind the house. Outside Spaces:
The olive grove is on a flat plot in the front part of the property. A large wooden shed which can be accessed via the grove or via the upper level is at the end and is perfect for storage of tools etc..
A pretty tree lined lane leads to the house and turning circle and this area close to the house has lots of roses and other lovely plants. There’s also access to the wooden shed.
Next to the kitchen is a beautiful formal garden with plant beds laid out around a central circular table. This garden leads to the games pitch and the pool area.
There’s a secluded contemplation garden as well as an upper level garden with roses and fruit trees.

Pool:
This salt water pool has built-in stairs which are safer than a removable metal staircase. The pool depth ranges from 1.20m to 1.50m. It’s in excellent condition and is mosaic tiled in dark blue. There is a very large poolside terrace so plenty of space for the family to lounge around and there’s an outdoor shower. On a separate level is the BBQ and pizza oven. The pool is accessed via the kitchen.
House:
This is a substantial building with five bedroom all of which are en-suite. All of the windows and most of the doors are good quality wood effect double glazing. The front door is a decorative glass and metal door. The windows have persianas and mosquito netting built in and the patio doors and ground floor windows have security gates and bars as is customary here in Spain.
Entry to the house is via a patio and then a porch which opens to a large hallway. In this hallway section there’s a ground floor bedroom, en-suite of course and with bath and over-bath shower, and a big store room. Also off the hallway is the kitchen and sitting room. The sitting room has double doors with access to a patio which leads to the garage and the upper garden. There is a large wood burning stove with oven in the corner and this has an attractive decorative brickwork surround and one wall has alcoves which are perfect for your personal decorative items. There’s another large store room off the sitting room.
The kitchen/dining room is a fantastic open plan space with quality cabinetry and granite worktops. A large central island is perfect for casual dining. There are a lot of cupboards both above the worktop and below and you have an in-built wine rack, microwave, plus a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The washing machine is in the garage. A double patio door leads to the formal garden and the pool area. Off the kitchen is another smaller room with a loo and basin (perfect for saving guests going upstairs to a bathroom when by the pool), and some machinery for the central heating. There’s also direct access to the pool area.
The staircase has some nice touches, inset lighting at foot level and glass panels to let in natural light. The smallest bedroom is a single room with shower en-suite. One of the other bedrooms also has a shower en-suite. The largest bedroom has a dressing room plus big bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower.
The large garage and workshop has an electronic roller door as well as access from the pool area. The machinery for the pool is here as well as another separate store room and the tank for the central heating oil.
The house has central heating to radiators. Mains electricity and well water.
