Farm with 62 hectares located in the Douro Demarcated Region. It is located on the banks of the Douro River, with a river frontage of approximately 1.5 km. 34 hectares of vineyards planted with benefit, for generous must, Letter - A- Planted grape varieties: Touriga Nacional +/- 15ha, Touriga Franca +/- 8ha, Tinta Roriz +/- 4ha, Tinta Francisca +/- 1ha, Tinta Amarela +/- 2.7ha, Sousão 1.5ha, Tinto Cão 2.3ha. Gravity drip irrigation system: Two tanks with a capacity of 650,000 liters, pumps for raising water to +/- 350 m, water filtration station and addition of products for treating the vineyard, buried piping for raising water and distributing it throughout the vineyard, secondary piping fixed to posts with drippers, raft with attached pump, installed in a pond belonging to the property, this pond connects to the Douro River, never lacking water, 74KVA generator, borehole and respective water extraction pump with a higher quality than the water collected from the pond/river (this water will be used to supply future construction of a house or hotel). Drainage system installed throughout the property. Approximately 15 km of pipes and half pipes were used, in addition to pipes, at road crossings.
