The project of a single-family house is developed around the wishes and aspirations of the client with a personalised process. The surface area of the plot allows for the construction of a maximum of 1,200 square metres between the ground floor and the first floor. Architects, interior designers, landscape architects, lighting designers, 3D artists, investment analysts and construction managers develop the project. This ensures a coordinated approach and greater attention to detail.
The studio is characterised by a vision of contemporary luxury, based on the fundamental pleasure of living, not focused on cost or excess, but on relaxed sophistication, timeless elegance, and the fusion of technology with craftsmanship.
Using the latest digital solutions, each design is modelled in 3D and spatial images are shared to visualise the home project chosen by the client.
