VILLA CLAIRE is a contemporary two-bedroom villa located in Lorient on the island of Saint-Barth , in the area of Morne Criquet, offering an unobstructed view of the hill and the Caribbean Sea . The interior with modern decoration consists of a spacious main room including a living room (double sofas), a well-equipped American kitchen, a bar counter for breakfasts and a dining room that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Large windows open the living room onto the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool, offering a splendid view of the sea. The terrace extends all around the villa with several seating areas and at its end, a gazebo with hammock and lounge area awaits you for a relaxing siesta by the pool. Accessible from the terrace, the bedrooms each have a king-size bed, an Apple and US satellite TV, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. Rates are weekly, in US dollars ($). The local tourist tax (5%) is not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, shorter stays on request. All bookings including Christmas and New Years Day will be considered to be in the holiday season with a minimum stay of 14 nights. Rates are subject to change without notice.
