The charming property is ideally located in the popular and residential district of Pointe Milou at the extreme northeast of the island of Saint-Barthélemy. On the main level of the villa there are 3 bedrooms, two of which can communicate; ideal for parents traveling with young children. On the same level, the fitted kitchen with a long bar counter for meals and breakfasts is open to the living room. These living spaces with an immaculate white decoration open onto the covered terrace with lounge and dining table, and onto the heated infinity pool. Finally, on the lower level of the villa we find the fourth bedroom with its adjoining bathroom and a fitness room. This holiday home is a few minutes from the Christopher hotel, which offers access to its spa and its restaurants, the Rivyera St Barth and the Rivyera Plage, to external customers.The famous beach of St Jean is 5 minutes away and Gustavia is about 8 minutes by car.
