The architectural proposal, beyond the two refurbished units, proposes a deconstruction of the buildings on two or three levels, depending on the NIUET, so that they are not perceived as a single block. To this end, the volumes between floors are articulated from inside to outside and from left to right, generating the desired visual lightness.
The indoor-outdoor concept defines a signature project in which modernity and design coexist with the essence of mountain tradition. Thanks to this integration, the homes are presented as practically complete spaces, which do not require decorative artifice to be welcoming. More than a house, our proposal offers a real home.
